50g sample jars of raw Australian native bee sugarbag honey.
Australian native bees (also known as stingless bees) produce a very rich honey, called "sugarbag" by the Aborigines. Read more about stingless bees and sugarbag here.
Choice of two options:
- (a) Sugarbag that may contain some pollen.
- (b) Sugarbag that contains pollen. This honey is darker - see photos. Pollen is not intentionally added; the bees store their collected pollen with their honey, and therefore it gets mixed in with the extraction process. Some people say that the pollen adds to the fermented flavour of the sugarbag honey.
