Made of plywood and painted with durable exterior paint on the outside, these boxes are made for Australian native stingless sugarbag bees. Measuring 275(h) x 200(w) x305(l) mm, this bee hive is a good option for someone just starting out with stingless bees. The bottom box, with an entrance and doorstep, is for the brood and some storage of honey and pollen. The middle box, with a small vent hole at the back and a gap for the bees to be able to go up to the top box, has two bars to make it easier for splitting the hive. The top box serves as a lid and also as honey storage for the bees, where you'll be harvesting your honey from.
